Your future, your job: • Heading and further development of a QM and QS team of about 20 employees • Continuous improvement and development of processes, creation of key figures, statistics and analyses • derivation and review of action plans and implementation and coordination of internal and external audits • Contact for internal and external customers and suppliers • Close cooperation with production, procurement, sales, development and customers and suppliers

Strengths that characterize you: • Technical or business studies or comparable training • Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance and/or quality management in the production sector • Qualification for the implementation of internal and external audits, preferably according to VDA 6.3 • Extensive experience in the application of established quality methods (FMEA, (8D, PDCA etc.) • Embossed knowledge in management systems according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 • Extensive knowledge of Lean Management • Very good knowledge of English and German • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, strong communication skills, enforcement and passion for quality
