You will lead and develop a team of several employees and will be responsible for the professional as well as the discipline. You are responsible for process optimization in manufacturing with a focus on quality, efficiency and costs – from analysis to sustainable implementation. You develop and establish standards and methods for process planning and production optimization – project management and project management are your daily business. You plan and implement automation solutions and create jobs, production lines and manufacturing facilities. You will start the production documentation and agree regularly with the relevant specialist departments.

You ideally teach a technical degree, such as economic engineering, or a comparable qualification or Professional experience with. You have a secure handling of electronic measuring instruments as well as IT systems and applications. You could already gain first experience in managing employees. Knowledge in the field of IO-Link sensors and actuators is very desirable. Teamability, reliability and commitment as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
