Management, development and qualification of employees in the field of beer production You accompany or are responsible for internal and external audits (IFS, HACCP, authorities audits, feed audits)

as a brewing and beverage engineer or engineer for brewing and beverage technology, you can present extensive professional experience in an adequate position from the beverage industry, preferably in an industrial brewery well-founded experience in the production of different beers and product ranges. Management experience, among others as professional contact person and motivator very good understanding of operational relationships enrolled in the definition of work procedures, coordination of appointments, costs, specifications and quality guidelines (according to IFS) and planning and organisation of employees
