Be part of our team! As a team manager (m/w/d) for our sales team, you take the overall responsibility for about 10-12 inside sales staff. Your tasks include achieving the monthly sales targets and expanding our new and existing customers. With your commitment, you play a key role in our growth and business success. Your tasks Active support of the team in day-to-day business and joint development of best practices to ensure sustainable sales success. Responsibility for monthly revenue targets and consistent implementation of agreed activities (KPIs). Regular implementation of team meetings to discuss progress and review the achievement of targets. Individual coaching of team members – both in 1:1 talks and in group trainings – for continuous personal and professional development. Active participation in team growth and taking responsibility in the selection and incorporation of new colleagues.

Multiannual experience in managing sales teams, ideally in B2B sales by phone. Target-oriented operation with clear decision-making and a pronounced solution orientation. Safe handling of common sales tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI or comparable systems. Embossed communication and persuasion skills. Creative and dynamic working and the ability to develop innovative approaches together with the team to inspire customers and to scale success sustainably.
