Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the development team
• Heading and coordination of product development
• Recording and prioritizing requirements from sales, management and own market analyses
• Identifying new trends and technologies for future products and implementing technical improvements
• Development and improvement of products and technical solutions around the flexi linen incl. Innovation in connection with the design of assembly workstations
• Impulse for - and implementation of - product innovations and improvements from the idea to series maturity
• Cooperation with external partners to develop new, pioneering solutions

Your qualifications:

Our expectations for you

• Complete studies in engineering, industrial engineering, product management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in development and construction
• Good knowledge in plastics technology and mechatronics
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and in cooperation with marketing, sales and production
• Secure English skills
• Embossed communication strength, curiosity and paired with an independent working method
