Commercial management (m/f/d)

You take over the overall commercial responsibility for our company in close coordination with the management. You lead and develop the commercial areas, in particular financial accounting, performance accounting, controlling, IT, technology, purchasing, business department and service utilities, and bear the overall responsibility for about 60 employees. You combine strategic thinking with operational hands-on mentality and create the basis for successful cooperation through your valuable leadership. You are responsible for financial management including budget planning, liquidity management and the creation of monthly and annual accounts. You prepare the control-relevant analysis of economic indicators and report these meaningfully for the gGmbH and the e.V. You provide the annual accounts according to HGB and accompany economic and operational audits. You prepare negotiations with health and nursing funds as well as social assistance providers, accompany them professionally and implement them successfully. You control and optimize commercial processes and drive digitization in your area of responsibility. You accompany and guide commercial projects for the further development of the organization.

You have an economic study (e.g. BWL, VWL, Finance & Accounting) or a comparable training. You have several years of experience in management with the above-mentioned tasks in the commercial sector, preferably in non-profit or social organizations. You identify with the values of a non-profit organization and enjoy responsible work with social reference. You have experience in optimizing processes, project management and organizational development. You are versed in handling digital tools, IT systems and process automation. You have leadership skills, motivational experience and the ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team. You have a safe occurrence and communication capability, in particular in dealing with auditors, tax advisors, banks, cost-beneficiaries and internal interfaces. You work structured, analytical, solution-oriented and performance-oriented and keep an overview in complex situations.
