Supply Chain Management plays a central role in this. Global Head of Supply Chain Management (m|w|d) Group-wide logistics responsibility In this important interface function, you report to the management and ensure that global customer requirements are reliably met in cost, quality and delivery performance. You increase global product availability, strengthen transparency along the entire value chain and develop an efficient, economic supply chain. A special focus is on the standardization and centralization of the global storage structures as well as the optimization of stocks and international material flows. In addition, drive an integrated, forward-looking end-to-end planning ahead and design the further development of a globally harmonized operation and supply chain organization that closely connects manufacturing sites, suppliers and customers.

Strategic and operational responsibility for the global orientation and development of the logistics and supply chain organization Providing a future-oriented, globally harmonised logistics strategy in line with corporate objectives Leadership and further development of the international logistics organization and the promotion of a powerful, trust-based team culture Ensuring an integrated S&OP process and efficient cross-sector cooperation to improve transparency, planability and delivery Ensure highest global delivery performance and product availability with sustainably optimized cost structures Optimization of stocks, material flows and global network and storage structures to increase efficiency, flexibility, service levels and cost-effectiveness Strengthening and developing a robust, future-proof and resilient supply chain, including risk management, business continuity and preventive stabilization of critical value creation levels Digitalization, automation and harmonisation of global systems, data models and processes including the optimization and stabilization of the global SAP S/4HANA system landscape Use of modern KPI and performance management methods for effective control and continuous improvement of global supply chain performance

Completed degree (Diplom or Bachelor/Master) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Multiannual international leadership experience in the industrial environment, ideally for globally operating automotive suppliers or in the high industrial middle class Comprehensive expertise in continuous supply chain and logistics processes – from planning and disposition to production integration to global distribution Very good knowledge of modern system and process landscapes, in particular SAP, as well as experience in transformation, digitization and change initiatives Routinized in the use of modern methods for performance enhancement and process harmonisation (e.g. lean, statistical methods, digital planning tools) High affinity for medium-sized structures and ability to effectively advance cultural changes with hand-on mentality and willingness to design Embossed leaders with clarity, empathy and the ability to lead international teams through change processes Entrepreneurial thinking, eagerness to design and a safe view for economic priorities and operational feasibility Reliability, integrative appearance and cooperative working in cross-functional and cross-border contexts Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as readiness for international travel
