International Trainee Global Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

A trainee program – comprehensive insights into the areas of the CLAAS Group's Global Industrial Engineering: In 18 months, you will be trained to take responsibility for industrial engineering processes (industrialization, technology management, etc.). In the daily business, Hands-on experiences in the introduction of new products and the design of production processes in cooperation with our international locations. In addition, you will collect project management experience in the introduction of new technologies and testing techniques. With our trainee program, as an integral part of the CLAAS junior support, our goal is to provide you with the best conditions for your path at CLAAS.

Your role in our team:

• Insights into core areas of global industrial engineering such as the industrialization of products, the design of production processes and the introduction and development of new technologies as well as further interfaces
• Individual focus in consultation with mentor
• National and international experience through two international missions in selected CLAAS Group subsidiaries with 3 months each
• Mentoring and training for your individual development

Your profile:

• Complete technical studies e.g. mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• First practical experience in industrial engineering through internships or training
• Foreign experience and global mindset desirable - you might even imagine working for CLAAS abroad in the future
• Flowing German and English skills
• Excellent analytical skills combined with enthusiasm for technological innovations and trends
• Openness for changes and a flexible and practical way of working
• High design and implementation strength as well as a holistic and entrepreneurial way of thinking
