Be part of our team! We are looking for you Business Analyst Online Sales / Digital Sales (m/w/d)

In the sales development department, you actively shape the strategic growth field of digital distribution: you use distribution-relevant key figures and data analyses to identify optimization potentials and control measures derived therefrom for the further development of digital distribution to the organization. You coordinate and control in particular the cross-departmental optimization of new customer acquisition and use insights from performance marketing and web analytics. You work closely with the IT and other departments to successfully implement data-based solutions. You create a company-wide overview of digital services with a sales relationship, coordinate their further development and take into account the potential and impact of artificial intelligence. You continuously test market, competition and technology trends, identify opportunities and risks for digital distribution and guide strategic action recommendations.

You have a completed commercial training with professional experience in the digital or IT-related environment and/or a completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable discipline. You bring experience in the analysis and interpretation of data as well as a good understanding of digital business models and sales processes. You bring a strong technical understanding as well as a high affinity to IT systems, data structures and digital technologies and can safely arrange technical relationships. You convince by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a safe and sovereign appearance. You bring a high degree of cooperation and communication skills and are sure to move in exchange with different stakeholders.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus.
