Are you interested in the analysis and processing of loans from the segments of real estate and corporate customer financing? During your 18-month trainee program in your area, the following tasks await you:

Own-responsible assessment of risks: You analyze and evaluate credits and collateral in the segment of corporate and real estate customers with medium complexity. You accompany the credit lending process: you create decision-making credit templates, internal ratings and control the credit and collateral contracts. Keep in mind your decisions: You process and monitor your assigned portfolio, including risk monitoring over the entire lifecycle of a credit exposure. Support in projects: You work on tasks related projects. Networking by Hospitations: You have the opportunity to establish valuable contacts in the company through hospitations in other areas.

You have completed your studies in the field of economics. You have knowledge of credit-relevant legal and security issues. You are interested in the Berlin real estate market or for Berlin corporate customers. You have good analysis skills and work independently, structured and results-oriented. It is easy for you to make decisions even by weighing on risk aspects. You show yourself in challenging and critical situations.
