Our area of responsibility with its diverse tasks extends essentially over three core areas: domestic topics, construction and sports. An essential feature of this is our Unit D 4 located in Department D “Police Affairs / Landes Polizeipräsidium”.

Unit D4 is responsible for the personnel affairs of the police. We are looking for active support for this diverse field of activity with a focus on collective bargaining.

AL WORKERS IN TARIFRECHT (M/W/D)

• ...work individual personnel matters of the employees, trainees and administrative staff (m/w/d) of the Regional Police Directorate
• ...you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of selection procedures for internal vacancies and external resettlement for the Regional Police Directorate
• ...work collective bargaining as well as groupings of employees according to TV-L regulations
• ...contribute to the advancement of the personnel development concept within the Regional Police Directorate
• ...you are a contact person for the technical advice of the Head of Unit and Division in all themes of the work area
• ...are responsible for the evaluation and updating of personal data in EPVS and the database of the PersoBase Regional Police Directorate
