Specialist Compliance according to WpHG (m/f/d)

You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and supervisory requirements in accordance with the Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and other relevant regulatory requirements in the compliance environment and support the departments in their practical implementation You coordinate and monitor the implementation of organisational compliance measures, guide insider directories, observation and blocking lists and supervise the management of confidentiality areas and conflicts of interest in close cooperation with the areas involved. You monitor compliance with the rules of conduct in the securities business, in particular with regard to employee transactions, welfare obligations, securities analyses as well as the prevention of insider trading and market manipulation, and are consulted on the subject areas for questions. You plan and conduct risk-oriented on-the-spot checks, create traceable risk analyses, monitoring plans and the annual report and, together with the departments, develop appropriate measures to continuously develop compliance processes You create reports for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors, accompany internal and external audits and are a reliable contact person for internal auditing, supervisory authorities and external auditors You support compliance with other regulatory requirements in the securities business, process compliance-relevant issues and advise the specialist areas in implementing regulatory requirements with the aim of developing jointly sustainable and practical solutions

You have a successfully completed study of economics with a focus on banks, financial services or capital markets, the legal sciences or a comparable qualification You ideally bring professional experience in the compliance field as well as sound knowledge of regulatory requirements under the Securities Trading Act (WpHG) with You have a strong understanding of legal relationships and are able to safely apply legal and supervisory requirements to specific issues You ideally have good knowledge of the organization of a bank or savings bank as well as the relevant business processes You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, a safe handling of data and information systems and a high degree of care. You are convinced by a very good written and oral expressiveness and can also represent complex legal and technical issues in a comprehensible and addressable manner.
