As part of our teams of transaction strategy & implementation in Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt/Main or Düsseldorf, we accompany companies in acquisition or separation across the entire transaction process and support them in all questions with great functional and sectoral expertise, courage and vision. Together with our client, we make sound strategic decisions to exploit the full potential of their portfolio. You can do a variety of tasks: Support in consulting hospitals and health insurance companies with regard to the optimization and restructuring of their processes and structures, digital solutions and transformation processes Working with demanding digitalization and restructuring projects and initiatives in the healthcare sector Accompanying the topics Digital Health, Networking and Transformation Projects in Healthcare, Organisational Optimization and Strategy Optimization incl. MedTech and Pharma independent processing of tasks in the fields of analysis, research and design Cooperation with colleagues in different areas of expertise in the global EY network

This position shall be taken from January 2026.

Current university studies with above-average achievements (species: Master or Doctorate), preferably in the fields of medicine, health economics, health care management, business or medical informatics or economics with a focus on healthcare Analytical and Digital Competences, Fast Understanding and Accurate Operation Flexibility and openness to new, diverse challenges Outstanding team capacity with commitment and high sense of responsibility Excellent communication skills in German and English
