Application Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • First technical contact for faults and support requests • Processing the ticket receipt for early identification and troubleshooting • Qualification and coordination of all incoming requests and disturbances • Incident Management Process Support • Communication and coordination of faults with colleagues, partners and customers • Monitoring data quality, plausibility and consistency • Documentation of support measures and extension of the knowledge base • Close cooperation with local specialist teams and international developer support

Your qualifications: • Complete technical or commercial training, or studies in BWL or IT • IT affinity or first professional experience in application or business support • Confidence with web-based and client-based software tools and IT professionals • Very good computer skills, especially in MS Office and SQL • Required knowledge in ITIL • Talent for multitasking and effective prioritization of tasks • Embossed customer orientation and process-oriented thinking skills • Excellent communication skills in German and English
