Quality control & further development: You take on the overall technical responsibility for the quality assurance of the clearing service providers used and continuously develop standards, processes and control parameters. KPI-based assessment & action management: You define, monitor and optimise quality standards, legal requirements and contractual deadlines, evaluate performance indicators and tax the implementation of derived measures. Reporting & policy bases: You are responsible for QS and Management Reporting, first set up management and decision reports for executives, and provide information to address them. Process analysis & further development: You identify optimization and further development potentials, develop viable concepts and accompany their sustainable implementation across all relevant interfaces. Control of internal & external partners: You co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders, represent quality-relevant topics to service providers and ensure uniform standards and transparency. Introduction of new processes & systems: You accompany the introduction of new methods and systems, define requirements, evaluate the impact on quality and processes and ensure a sustainable implementation. Documentation & Qualification: You develop guidelines, workflows and specialist concepts, answer training and qualify relevant target groups.

Qualification: You have a completed study (business management, electrical engineering or similar) or a completed training plus a recognized additional qualification (e.g. specialist:in, master:in, technician:in) or a comparable qualification. Collaboration & attitude: ''We are ahead of me'': You like to work in the team, take responsibility and deal with your own initiative and high quality awareness. Service & Communication: Customer orientation, service idea and strong communication are your core competencies and shape your decisions. Self-employed work: You work structured, independent and find pragmatic solutions, even in challenging situations. Tools & Systems: You bring very good MS Office skills and ideally have experience with SAP and CRM systems.
