Enterprise Architect (w/m/x)

To strengthen our team, ''IT Governance & Future IT'' we are looking for an Enterprise Architect (w/m/x) in full time.

Strategic IT architecture design: Forward-looking development and management of the IT architecture taking into account our business strategy. Definition and implementation of architectural policies: creation and maintenance of company-wide architecture standards, guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent, robust system landscape. Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with the defined architectural principles through regular reviews and consulting the development teams. Practical support of the development teams: close cooperation with the developer teams in designing new applications and architectural issues for changes. Assessment of new requirements: Analysis of new technical requirements and their integration into the existing system architecture. Technology and Platform Strategy: Support in the selection of new technologies and platforms in line with the business strategy. Documentation and knowledge transfer: Ensuring a transparent architectural understanding and active coaching of teams. Contact for architectural questions: answering questions about the existing application landscape and support in further development.

Education: studies of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in IT architecture, ideally as an enterprise architect or in a comparable role. Technical know-how: Funded knowledge of architectural methods Experience with microservices, cloud technologies, API design and integration architectures. Practical experience with software development and modern development processes.

Soft Skills: Ability to understand complex technical contexts. Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking. Strong communication skills in German and English.
