**Electricians – Energy and Building Technology

with up to 39 hours per week, unlimited.

You are looking for a responsible task in which you can contribute your craft skills and at the same time create something meaningful?

In our team of house craftsmen, you and your colleagues ask for our residents to feel comfortable, safe and well looked after.

Our team currently consists of twelve craftsmen from different trades, an office specialist and an electric master as your technical director. Together, we are responsible for the technical processes and repairs in our buildings – from living and working areas to administrative and community spaces.

The support and support of actions and events is also part of our diverse tasks.

We are currently preparing to expand our field of application beyond the existing facilities and to take external orders in the future – we need you for this!

Your tasks:

• Inspection and maintenance and monitoring of electrical equipment in our facilities
• Maintenance, testing, destruction and erection of electrical equipment during operation
• Electrical work and repairs of all kinds
• Cross-trade cooperation within our Haushandwerker team
• Support and technical support for in-house actions and events
• Support and support of the institutions and joint ventures of the Tatenwerkverbund

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician for energy and building technology
• Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work
• Friendly dealing with residents, clients and colleagues
• Class B driving licence
