Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for our Reha-Training Professional intern*in Car Care We are:

INTEGRAL is a non-profit, social-ecologically oriented company in municipal sponsorship. The aim of the activities of INTEGRAL gGmbH is the sustainable integration of people into work, the possibility of securing the existence of their own power and the promotion of social participation.

Since 2017, INTEGRAL has been offering the theoretically reduced training course specialist trainees*in vehicle care in cooperation with the Agency for Labour. The offer is aimed at people who have difficult access to work and training for different reasons.

We are looking for:

• A teacher*in for the following tasks:
• Accompanying trainees through training with particular attention to their specific limitations.
• Design and activation of trainees.
• Stabilisation in everyday life and crisis management and conflict management.
• Inclusion of the environment of trainees, parental work.
• Support in dealing with authorities and applications.
• Close cooperation and exchange with the trainers and the vocational school.
• Cooperation with the Agency for Labour, National and Federal Institutions, Labour and External Institutions in the field of labour market integration and counselling and support services.
• Planning, organisation and implementation of group offers.
• Acquisition of as well as placement in internships and jobs.
• Continuous cooperation in the evaluation and conceptual development of the (own) work field.
• Documentation, preparation of funding plans and maintenance of the database.

We wish:

• A completed training as a graduate teacherin, social pedagoguein, educational and educational scholarin or social workerin (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable qualification and/or relevant multiannual professional experience.
• In addition, in particular:
• Technical, methodological and social competence
• Insufficient professional experience in consulting, support and social pedagogical support of the target group and, where appropriate, Intermediation of unemployed people
• Rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification (Ada-ReZA) or the willingness to acquire this recognised qualification in a professional context
• An esteeming social basic attitude and a positive human image
• Flexibility, commitment and willingness to work in new areas of work
• Team orientation and willingness to act independently as well as a targeted, structured way of working
• Secure handling of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel), willingness to incorporate into the operational action management systems
• Mobility (car driving licence)
