Control and coordination of critical customers and field quality topics in the serial environment central interface for customer communication in complex quality cases structured combination of analysis results from development, production, OE and AM Coordination and follow-up of measures incl. completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification multi-year professional experience in the field of customer quality, field quality or series quality structured error and cause analysis (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why) Coordination of complex quality cases with multiple stakeholders Action tracking and effectiveness assessment Experience in the automotive serial environment absolutely necessary Experience in handling customer scaling and burdensome customer communication Understanding warranty, costs and follow-up risks in quality context
