Our dedicated team of nursing staff and nursing assistants accompanies clients directly in their home environment as part of a 1:1 assignment.

For our client inCrimmitschau we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in the 1:1 assignment at the next time possible.

Your tasks in 1:1 support:

• independent Implementation of basic and treatment care according to the individual needs of the client
• Reliable Document of all care operations including results and concrete measures for monitoring and care
• you take over house activities
• you accompany our clients for leisure activities or on holiday trips and contribute to quality of life and participation

You bring it:

• a completed 3-year training as Pflegefachkraft (Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Pflegefachmann/-frau or Nurse/-pfleger)
• acar guide ticket is desirable
• Willingness for Activity in 2- or 3-shift service - you decide what better fits you
