They help to check invoices, to make accounts and to book them in our system They assist in preparing payments and take care of the processing of payment navigation They actively participate in the coordination of creditor accounts and ensure that all bookings take place correctly and on time You are in close contact with our suppliers, clarify open questions about invoices and are an important contact person for our team They help to create the necessary documents and support the process for final bookings They take care of general organisational activities in creditor accounting and support the team in daily business They can help to implement process adjustments in the field of secondary books in the medium term.

You study Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Accounting or a comparable degree course and have a strong interest in financial topics and accounting They ideally have first experience in accounting or a similar task area They have a high affinity for numbers and understand the relevance of an accurate and timely accounting They have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel You have a structured way of working independently and reliably You appreciate working precisely in a dynamic environment
