Internship im Bereich OpEx - Lean Management / Digitization (m/w/d) Job ID 79146 | Location Heidenheim | from now on for the duration of 6 months
You support our OpEx team in projects of digital production (e.g. in the introduction or rollout of modern instruments such as digital shopfloor management, digital assembly acceptance protocol or MES / MDE systems). As an intern (m/w/d), you take work packages within projects and independently develop solutions to different tasks to get to know the important processes and central control instruments as well as their application. Working with the parameterization of the systems is just as important as creating documentation and training concepts for the users.
You are an intangible student (m/w/d) of the technical business, mechanical engineering or economic engineering department, ideally focusing on production, production management or logistics and looking for a mandatory internship/graduate work. Your handling of MS Office applications is routined and you have first knowledge in SAP/R3. IT skills are advantageous (e.g. SQL scripting / maintenance of databases / Grafana Dashboarding). You bring learning readiness and the ability to work into new IT systems and programming languages (if necessary). We require very good German knowledge in word and writing. You are a communication-strong and dedicated personality that brings fun to interdisciplinary teamwork. A structured and independent way of working completes your profile.
Through a mentor and a team at your side, which supports you at Voith's start and during your time and regularly give feedback, you not only benefit from a professional but also personal development. Varied work and independent projects from the outset enable an insight into an internationally active company. As an intern (m/w/d) at Voith, you have flexible working hours and an attractive remuneration due to belonging to the Fair Company Initiative. Therefore, enrollment is necessary. A network of national and international interns is available at the headquarters in Heidenheim, which exchanges in a weekly regular table.
