As a machine operator (m/w/d), you take a central role in production and make sure our systems work smoothly. • Operation and monitoring of modern machines and equipment to ensure a smooth production process.
• Implementation of quality controls to maintain high standards.
• Trouble analysis and separate elimination of small technical problems.
• Maintenance and cleaning of production facilities.
• Introducing new ideas to further optimize processes.

We are looking for

We are looking for people who are willing to work independently and with joy of commitment. Ideally, you bring first experience from production and are ready to work in a shift operation. The readiness for weekend shifts is also important.

• Experience as a machine operator, plant leader or production employee is desirable.
• Ready to work in shift operation (3-shift system) and weekend shifts.
• Technical interest and understanding.
• Precise work and high reliability.
• Team skills and initiative are a must.
