Support of Examination Committee and Chairwoman of Examination: regular preparation and support of decisions, independent processing of routine applications, preparation of meetings and decisions, inspection order, close cooperation with other KIT bodies (internal and cross-faculty) Advising students: case-related advice on applications and questions, in particular on the study and examination regulations (SPO), expert study advice, system-side implementation of applications and requests (in agreement with service areas), souveränes Trouble Shooting Examination scheduling: coordination with institutes and KIT interfaces, communication as well as ensuring a transparent and planable examination procedure Exhibition of certificates: control of submitted documents, issue of study. Certificates for various purposes

Completed university education (Master/Magister/Diplom), with administrative and/or legal interests or comparable qualifications/knowledge Worked dealing with legal texts and their practical application Working in the team and in direct contact with students; happy experience in consulting students Safe in the application of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experience with campus management systems or readiness to incorporate Structured, reliable operation, fast conception and good communication skills in German and English Friendly and winning appearance as well as joy in shaping the faculty's student service
