Exercise Specialist (m/f/d)

You provide the independent regional preparation, design and implementation preparation of the offers and measures, in particular with regard to the planning of target groups and participants, the definition of content (cursor manual) and procedures, the creation of subscriber documents, the visibility of premises/conditions on site, and the provision of available vehicles or other materials/resources. You independently observe market developments, trends and competition behavior in health promotion - action field movement. You ensure the quality according to the current concepts in health promotion - action field movement. You work in specialist and working groups, for example, for company-wide product development on the question of requirements from the regions, in particular for the development of digital prevention products. In addition, you are actively working in the product development process in SOTs with specialists from the AOK District Director, together with the business unit 4.09 “Prevention & Prevention” of the AOK Head Office. You offer independent advice, examination, recommendation and selection of specific courses for the customer in the field of action Movement incl. Registration and administration. · You conduct all relevant offers and measures in the field of action Movement in all thematic fields (single and group advice, lectures, courses and seminars), incl. pre- and post-processing, room preparation independently. The course/supply planning in cooperation with the thematic field managers and the BGM/NBL coordinators falls within your task. You participate in press and public actions and participate in health actions/days for businesses and institutions. You have completed your studies in the field of sports sciences/fitness economics or have completed training for the state-tested sports/gymnastics teacher, completed training for the state-tested physiotherapist or have a comparable qualification according to GKV guidelines prevention. In addition, you bring professional experience in the field of movement. You proactively take concrete measures to achieve their goals.
