What does my working day look like?

• Consumption and** initial testing of technical malfunctions** in the heating area (phone/digital)
• Prequalification of faults, transfer to specialist companies and follow-up incl. Customer information
• Digital optimization of heating centers (e.g. via remote access/control technology) based on system states, operating data and operating parameter adaptations
• derivation of energy and cost savings potential and monitoring of energy success
• Assessment of local heating centres with systematic Assemblies, Identification of technical Optimation potential and preparation of Assessions

What should I bring?

• ** Completed training: **, e.g. as plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic, electronic, heating, technician, chimney sweeper or comparable qualification
• Occupational experience: Ideally in the area of heating, building or plant engineering
• Hard Skills: Understanding energy-efficient operation, interest in digital solutions/ remote monitoring, safe handling of PC and digital tools, driving licence class B
• Soft Skills: Analytical and Structured Operation, Pleasure of Optimization and Key Figures, Communication Strength on Telephone, and Safe Tracking
