You are the face of the Walldorf site and the first contact person for our customers, business partners:inside and employees You support our travel team in travel cost accounting and ensure smooth running You tax internal and external service providers and take care of the maintenance of our tools as well as booking and management systems You establish efficient organizational processes at the new location and ensure compliance with our Convista standards and processes You recognize optimization potentials, implement them and thus ensure a consistently first-class service quality

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in office management, hotel industry or travel industry High quality requirements as well as a pronounced service orientation characterize you You are an organizational institution, keeps the essential in mind and work structured and independent You are sure to go with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and have very good English and German skills
