For the End-2-End Workplace business unit, Internal IT department, Internal HR systems, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hannover or Münster location Expert SAP HCM (m/w/d).

Responsibility for the technical development and support of internal SAP HCM processes with focus on self-services and processes & forms Consultation and close coordination with the personnel sector and control of external service providers Planning and implementation of pre-studies and participation in IT and digitization projects around our HR systems Working in annual planning, contract management and strategic HR system issues Cooperation with IT security, data protection and the works council to ensure regulatory requirements Creation of decision bases and presentations for management

Complete study of economic informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification as well as at least 2-3 years of professional experience Multiannual experience in the SAP HCM environment, ideally focusing on Processes & Forms Experience in IT project management, also with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.) Analytical thinking, structured working and high self-initiative Impressed communication strength and ability to vote with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English in word and writing
