Measure, remove, evaluate and verify roughness and contours at the contour roughness meter and, if necessary, initiate and verify corrections Perform serial measurements on the measuring machine Introduction of tool change Evaluation of the measurement protocols taking into account the process course using PiWeb evaluations Locking of parts via ProCos to the last i.O measurement in tool breaks or other established quality problems Measure manually or mechanically locked parts and release parts Participation in eliminating faults in the measuring machine Implementation of corrective measures in the NC programme in consultation with manufacturing Instructions and verification of work results from staff with low experience or Qualifications Self-audits in the area of measurement space Participation in problem solving and Cause determination in internal and external complaints Creation and modification of PiWeb evaluations Evaluation of process processes

Complete vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. industrial mechanic) or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the productive environment Technical understanding and strong quality awareness Knowledge of statistics and common quality procedures Self-employed, careful and responsible work High operational readiness and loadability Computer identifiers (e.g. Piweb, ProCos, MS-Office) Willingness to shift work
