The RKH Kliniken Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH combines the Klinikum Ludwigsburg and the Hospital Bietigheim-Vaihingen – both renowned academic teaching hospitals at Heidelberg University. Our clinic management carries the overall operational and strategic responsibility locally and represents the clinics to the outside and inside in close cooperation with the management of RKH Health and other clinic management. Together we shape all success factors – from medical and therapeutic excellence to economic sustainability.

Your tasks:

• They work closely with the clinic management and support them in operational and strategic issues
• You prepare dates and meetings in content and organize and accompany them
• You create sound analyses, reports and decision templates, including concrete action recommendations
• They coordinate and take over projects and special tasks and lead them to success
• They design and optimize processes and existing processes in trusted cooperation with the respective departments
• You will get to know the management in a municipal hospital environment within a holding structure and benefit from these practical experiences for your professional and personal development

Your profile:

• They are a dedicated person with a successfully completed degree in the field of health economics, health management, business management or a comparable degree course

• They bring passion and commitment to healthcare, as well as a good understanding of the economic aspects of the healthcare industry

• You have the pleasure of analyzing complex information and can convert it into understandable reports

• They are an organizational institution and can handle several tasks at the same time, setting priorities

• You have already been able to gain relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the healthcare industry and experience in project work

• Loyalty, and sovereign communication skills complete your profile with team skills and trustworthiness
