IT Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you will ensure the stable, functional and secure operation of our integration platform as well as all associated data links. You monitor applications, systems and interfaces and ensure high availability of our platforms. You analyze and process incidents and problems and thus actively contribute to operational safety. You coordinate and evaluate changes and accompany deployments in close cooperation with specialist departments and internal IT teams. You create, maintain and optimize operating documentation and support the continuous development of our operating processes.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable training, e.g. Experience in IT operation or IT service management as well as in the handling of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana). Knowledge about cloud databases and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) as well as basic knowledge in network, infrastructure or application operations. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous Remarkable, but not mandatory: industry experience in medical technology or manufacturing. A pronounced hand-on mentality as well as pleasure in process optimization and the development of new solutions. Analytical thinking, a reliable and self-responsible way of working as well as team capacity and openness for interdisciplinary cooperation.
