The Berg-Gasthof Königstuhl is a privately run 4-star hotel and is located on the top of the Königstuhl directly above Heidelberg. It has 62 guest rooms with a feel-good atmosphere, 3 meeting rooms for up to 150 people, a public mountain restaurant, a conference restaurant and a large beer garden overlooking Heidelberg.

Welcome and check-in of guests First contact for all concerns and questions of our guests Cash management, billing, check-out of guests Creating the daily accounts and various sales statistics Perform a layer at the reception with the best possible guest care You will be happy to accept and process reservation requests Professional complaint handling Regular control procedures Total responsibility for the hotel during the night shift

In addition to your expertise, you will bring team spirit, motivation, desire for new things and flexibility. They take responsibility and act and think in terms of gas and business management. Fun at your tasks and imparting your knowledge to your colleagues and trainees as well as creativity are of course for you. Ideally, you have successfully completed a vocational training in the hotel industry or you have professional experience You have already worked with PC-based hotel software (optimal Oracle Suite8 or guestline) You have a positive basic attitude, a friendly-sympathetic appearance You speak alongside fluent German also very good English You are stressful, team-oriented
