As a 360-degree Personnel Adviser:in advises and supports companies in the occupation of demanding specialist and leadership positions in permanent positions You use our diverse marketing and sales tools to identify new business opportunities, generate leads and win new clients for you From the outset, you build your own client base and assign your customers independently and fully as a strategic contact person Analyze the requirements of your customers, develop matching search strategies and control holistic recruiting processes from the creation of the request profile through the personnel search and selection to the successful occupation You use different networks and channels, especially Active Sourcing, to identify suitable candidates, to actively address them and to inspire them for your positions As part of the staff selection, you will conduct structured interviews and use acquiring diagnostic procedures to make informed personnel decisions together with your customers With growing experience, you develop as a trusted advisor to managing directors and executives and accompany your clients in strategic personnel issues in the long term.

You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable training You have first professional experience in business consulting, sales of services in need of explanation, business development, recruiting or project management Pre-experiences in personnel consulting or placement are of advantage, but we do not necessarily presuppose - the necessary craftsmanship we impart to you You communicate confidently with decision-makers at management and C level and make it possible to inspire different contacts for you and HAPEKO Even in challenging phases and demanding situations, you keep an overview, set the right priorities and tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner At a personal level, you convince by a pronounced self-initiative, strong ambition and real performance orientation Last but not least, you're a contagious positive team player that you can rely on in any situation
