As a central contact person, you support our areas of expertise in day-to-day business, analysing Incidents, accompanying system extensions and ensuring a stable, efficient and future-oriented SAP operation. You work closely with internal departments, development teams and external partners and drive the continuous optimization of our order-to-cash and subscription-billing processes. In the field of application support and operation, you will ensure second-level support for SAP S/4HANA business processes. You monitor and process incidents, service requests, and system disorders while maintaining defined service-level engagements and analysing recurring problems to implement sustainable solutions. In addition, you support the departments in business-critical situations and work closely with the SAP development, base and integration teams as needed. Another focus of your activity is SAP Workflow Management. You enter and optimise existing workflow processes across different business areas, analyze errors and bottlenecks in release and approval processes and develop improvements together with the specialist areas. In addition, you define and evaluate new requirements, perform tests according to system changes and upgrades and ensure that workflows work reliably and efficiently. In the Subscription-Based Billing area, you accompany the end-to-end processes around the subscription-based billing model. This includes the installation and maintenance of contracts, the subscription management, the implementation of recurring and consumption-dependent billings and the examination of invoices and the clarification of deviations. In addition, you can support revenue-realisation issues, monitor billing runs, analyze billing errors and address the interfaces between SAP SD, FI/CO and the subscription-billing processes. At the same time, you support the specialist areas in contract and billing-related issues and actively participate in automation and optimization initiatives. You also play an important role in change management. You take up technical requirements, analyze these and analyse functional specifications for system adaptations and extensions. You accompany the introduction of new functions within SAP S/4HANA from conception to implementation and coordinate user acceptance tests. In addition, you provide complete and comprehensible documentation of system configurations, processes and support processes. Your task is rounded off by the training and support of users. You carry out practical trainings, create understandable user manuals and documentation and promote the application of best practices so that our SAP S/4HANA solutions can be used efficiently and optimally. Ideally, you will bring a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable subject area to this position. In addition, you have at least five years of experience in SAP Application Support and have already gained extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA. You have supported business-critical SAP processes in an international environment and are well familiar with Incident Management, Change Management and user support. You have a well-founded knowledge of SAP Workflow, SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), order-to-cash processes, subscription-based support concepts and business process integration in SAP S/4HANA. In addition, you will bring a good understanding of the integration with SAP FI/CO, SAP MM and for customer master and business partner concepts. Your functional know-how in SAP S/4HANA allows you to securely analyze SAP transactions, master data and process sequences. In addition, you know SAP Fiori applications, have a basic understanding of SAP integration concepts and have experience in handling ticket systems such as ServiceNow or comparable solutions. Ideally, you have a certification in SAP S/4HANA and have additional experience with SAP Fiori, workflow applications as well as subscription or recurring sales models. Knowledge of SAP cloud solutions, the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and experience with SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM complete your profile. You convince with pronounced analytical skills and a high problem-solving competence. At the same time, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to work independently and control multiple priorities in parallel. A strong customer and service orientation, a structured and process-oriented way of working with high documentation quality, as well as the ability to work safely in international and virtual teams, are a feature. English is the primary business language in this position and is required for daily communication with specialist departments, project teams and external partners. German knowledge is particularly advantageous for the support of local users and cooperation with regional teams, but no compelling prerequisite.
