Working Student Human Resource Management (m/f/d)

As a student of work:in the Human Resource Management you are part of a small team of HR student:women who are particularly responsible for the support of our intern:inside and working students:inside at EDEKA IT. You will take the following, diverse tasks: Recruiting and applicant management: You take responsibility for hiring new interns:inside and working students. You coordinate application processes, organize appointments and publish job advertisements. Appendix & Contract Management: You put new interns:inside and working students:inside with us in the system and start contracts. Technical support: You are unsettled in the onboarding of new intern:inside and working student:inside and are contact persons with daily inquiries. Operational support: In the daily business, you support HR Managers:inside and HR Service employees:inside, for example in the preparation of certificates and other administrative tasks. Project work: You are involved in exciting HR projects and have the opportunity to independently take over small subprojects, e.g. as part of our network for intern:innen und Werkstudent:innen. Further development: You build sound knowledge in personal work and the use of common personal systems such as SAP.

Study: You are at least 1 year registered:r Student:in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences with a focus on staff. Human orientation: Dealing with people is your passion, which is why you care for a friendly but sovereign approach. Organisational strength: You work structured, self-responsible and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Own initiative: If a process is not described to detail, you will find your path pragmatically and solution-oriented. Team skills: Communication strength and team spirit are of course for you. Tools: You are safe to use MS Office products and have already gained initial experience with SAP. Language skills: You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
