Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

The activity is carried out in a shift system from 08:00 to 22:00 and is possible in full parttime. It is a long-term use with the desire to take over into a direct employment relationship with our customer.

• You will process incoming calls from customers of the project assigned to you (e.g. insurance) - The telephone customer consultation is one of your daily tasks - you will create offers and contracts - master data management and general expertise is also one of your tasks

• Secure handling of the PC and MS Office applications - fun and enjoyment of customer contact - motivation and communication skills - good German knowledge in word and writing
