We are looking at Filderstadt-Bonlanden

Your tasks:

• Business Partner for the Adhesive Material Division: Sparring Partner of the Management and the Management Level of the Business Unit
• Development of (financial) strategies for sustainable business management and identification and follow-up of measures to optimize earnings and profitability
• Support of executives across all functions, e.g. sales, production, cost, investment controlling
• Participation controlling and support of business division subsidiaries abroad (England)
• Contact person for the Research and Development Department as part of the Development Controlling
• Implementation, monitoring and analysis of material price calculations to ensure efficiency and competitiveness
• Development of forecasts, budgets and financial analyses to support sound decisions
• Participation in the monthly and annual accounts, including the creation of reports, forecasts and evaluations and related activities (e.g. rebookings, demarcations, internal order accounting, technical completion)

Take this with you:

• Complete studies in the field of business management with a focus on controlling/finance, business informatics or data science
• Multiannual professional experience (> 5 years) in the field of controlling, ideally in a role as a business partner or as a business unit, division/ business unit controller or in a comparable position
• Integrity, objectivity, decision-making and self-confident appearance we require
• Language and written language skills
• Knowledge of ERP and data processing systems desirable: SAP S4/HANA (CO/COPA), SQL, TM1, VBA, Python
• Analytical thinking, paired with a structured and solution-oriented method
