Spezialist Performance & Conversion (m/f/d)

You control, optimise and continuously develop our paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and other channels. You analyze and monitor the performance of our campaigns along the entire customer journey and guide data-based optimization measures. You create, care and optimierst landing pages as well as conversion routes with the aim of improving the user experience and conversion advice sustainably. For efficient digital lead generation, you continuously identify potentials to increase conversion performance. You plan, run and analyze A/B tests to develop campaigns and landing pages based on data. You identify optimization potentials to increase lead quality and efficiency and implement them independently. You create and optimierst landing pages and agree closely with the relevant contacts. You develop and optimize simple creatives and graphics to increase campaign performance.

You have gained first professional experience in performance marketing, online marketing or digital marketing. You have experience with Google Ads as well as common social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads. You know how to create and optimize landing pages and conversion fonts. You are sure to use tracking, analysis and performance tools and run data-based optimizations. Ideally, you have already worked with WordPress; Basic knowledge of image processing is a plus. You think analytically, work structured and have a high data affinity. You work independently, solution-oriented and keep track of changing requirements. You convince by reliability, sense of responsibility and the desire to continuously develop yourself. You have very good German skills and basic English skills.
