Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your tasks You assume the technical responsibility for results and value for a business-critical core system domain (e.g. billing, patient or customer management).You guide technical goals, priorities and roadmaps from business, process and compliance requirements and, on the basis of this, your backlog. You develop your system domain professionally - through user stories and acceptance criteria as well as identifying potentials for improvement and automation in business processes, specialist logics and user interactions. You identify requirements and user feedback from the departments and take over the stakeholder management towards product owners, process excellence, IT and other stakeholders. In cooperation with your cross-functional development team, you accompany planning, implementation, releases and continuous further development. You will ensure and prioritize the professional operational capability and stability of further developments, maintenance and incidents according to business value, risk and management requirements.

That's what you bring: You have good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) to communicate with your team and stakeholders. You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner, System Owner or Process Manager, as well as the proven ability to take on professional responsibility in processes, products or systems. Through a pronounced understanding and analytical skills, you can capture complex business and process logics end-to-end, critically question and continuously develop. Ideally, you have experience in the financial or ERP environment, in regulated B2B2C contexts or with internal core systems. You have experience in working with agile cross-functional development teams and communicate safely with different, challenging stakeholders to combine different interests. Through perspectives and decision-making strength, you are able to define and prioritize requirements in terms of target, risk and stability, even under technical target conflicts.
