Business management, cost management (conecasting, budget planning, cost and personnel cost management, controlling). Support of guests as well as planning, carrying out and active anticipation of events and catering. Ensuring quality standards and organisation and implementation of business activities. Support of the Heads of Department: Representation, Training, Development and Leadership of the teams and trainees in different layers. Staff deployment planning and their monitoring. Ensure marketing presentation of the offer. Using cash bills, inventory and recruiting processes. Compliance and control of hygiene and cleanliness policies according to HACCP requirements.
