With around 280 employees, the Building Office is a central urban service provider for municipal building tasks. A focus of the tasks is the maintenance and maintenance of the existing building material, including all urban monuments, the construction and maintenance of schools, childcare, leisure, cultural facilities and administrative buildings (e.g. animal garden, city library, fire department) and the restoration and maintenance of the rich historical heritage of Nuremberg. Vocational training

• Main activity in the field of supply or mechanical engineering (depending on the area of responsibility)
• Preparation for the independent management and planning of projects in the field of supply technology (heating air conditioning and ventilation systems)
• Function of the technical project management for the technical and technical installations in the context of the construction projects of the city of Nuremberg
• Project related activities when external offices take over the planning of projects
• Participation in the realization of climate-neutral and sustainable plant technology

Profile

• Bachelor and Diplom-Ingenieur/in (FH) (w/m/d) completed* studies in the field of mechanical engineering (building technology)

• Ownership of German nationality or nationality of another Member State of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Iceland

• Age limit for the appeal under the Bavarian Civil Code (01.04. for telephone number see the original ad) years (45. Year of life must not be completed yet)

• You can also apply if you are close to completing your studies. The conclusion must be established by 01.11.2025 at the latest.
