Advising clients of the health and social economy (hospitals, disabled assistance, old aid, youth assistance and church) – the projects are versatile: orientation and organisation of administrative business areas Analysis and optimization of administrative and control processes Digitization of administrative processes in the context of the company's digitalization strategy Practical support for implementation measures

Active participation in the acquisition of projects and the continuous development of the consulting method set Management-oriented preparation of consulting results

Completed economic studies, BWL, as an alternative also health economics, social management, non-profit management (each with Master's degree) Knowledge of processes and organisational requirements in administrative business areas, in particular in finance/invoicing, human resources management, client/patient administration and procurement, ideally (but not a must) in the health or social economy and/or consulting experience knowledge in digital process solutions as well as first experience or Knowledge of project management Analytical thinking and communication strength Very good oral and written expressiveness and routine in addressable preparation of work results (mainly in MS PowerPoint) Willingness to travel (approximately 50% annual average)
