As a professional:r or professional starter:in you support your colleagues with new ideas and strengthen your knowledge through practical experience.

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Contact person:in for management, executives and employees to personal administration
• Creation of contracts and certificates
• Maintenance of digital personal files
• Management of entrances and exits as well as personnel master files in HR software
• Support for on/offboarding employees
• Organisation of job and training fairs
• Subsidiary for monthly wage and salary billing
• Cooperation with personnel service providers

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed personal education
• Multiannual experience in operating HR processes, ideally in the technical environment
• Supporting interest in change processes
• Embossed team orientation
• Knowledge in common IT systems
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
