Your tasks:

• Discipline leadership and efficient management in complaint and quality management
• Responsibility for implementing and monitoring quality management systems
• Planning and implementation of internal and external audits
• Analysis and evaluation of quality indicators and compilation of reports
• Development and implementation of quality improvement measures
• Training and coaching of employees in quality management processes
• Processing and analysis of customer complaints and introduction of corrective measures
• Ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of quality management, engineering, business management or a comparable qualification
• First leadership experience and professional experience in quality management, ideal in a technical environment
• Quality management certification (e.g. ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is advantageous
• Good knowledge of MS Office and quality management tools
• Analytical thinking. Ability to understand and analyze complex relationships
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
