Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full or part-time (min. 30 hours/day), unlimited your tasks:

• Be the first contact person*in for the public transport, personally, by e-mail and by telephone in the speaking times on working days
• They work on a wide range of secretarial tasks (including general office activities such as telephone service, correspondence, file care) as well as tasks in the areas of ecclesiastical administration and community organisation (including appointment, space and team coordination)
• You run the church book and cash register, create bills of collections, edit invoices and issue donation certificates.
• You take over the production of documents.
• Support for the community's public work, e.g. updating the homepage

Your profile:

• You have completed training in administrative and commercial fields or a comparable qualification and have ideally already gained experience as an office force
• Good knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office
• You already bring knowledge of the ecclesiastical IT platforms (e.g. KirA, churchtools) or are ready to work in
• You are a friendly, open-minded person with organizational, collaborative and communication skills
• Service, service orientation and commitment distinguishes you

We offer you:

• Work in the team: 2 pastors, a congregation, a coaster, many volunteers and a dedicated church community is looking forward to a close cooperation
• A remuneration according to the collective agreement for church employees in the Nordkirche (TV KB), remuneration group K6
• 30 days holiday at a 5-day week
