Influence: Design of the MSL strategy in cooperation with the cross-functional brand teams and budget responsibility for the MSL area Leadership, motivation and development of the MSL teams along the medical strategy and to achieve the set team goals responsibility for implementing core tasks, such as customer development, Supporting study projects and scientific enquiry management Assessment, preparation and communication of findings from the field to local and global medical affairs teams Selection, onboarding and coaching of new employees Strengthening and strengthening of resilient relationships through personal scientific Exchange of information Active cross-functional cooperation at national and international level

Strengths prove: Completed scientific, preferably medical or pharmaceutical, university degree and a high medical-scientific competence Detectable experience in building and maintaining resilient relationships with key opinion leaders and networks Experience in managing different teams (cultural, geographic, functional) to achieve a common goal Very good communication capability, especially in the representation of complex scientific facts for different stakeholders Strong project management skills and a strong entrepreneurial competence Proven cooperation and team skills, social competence, independence and very safe occurrence readiness to travel Flowing German and English skills
