Lean Expert / Lean Manager - Process Optimization, Lean Principles (m/f/d)

Responsibility as a Lean Expert for Shopfloor Optimization and Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing Areas with focus on eliminating waste, transparency and flow principle Regular planning and implementation of short-cycle lean management workshops in production with the aim of waste types such as e.g. Reduce stocks, set-up times, standstills and throughput times Establishment and auditing of 5S standards as well as introduction of various shopfloor management methods and meetings such as Andon, Kanban and booking boards for key figures Conception and implementation of modular training units for the Lean basic qualification of the manufacturing employees, for example on waste types, pull principle and PDCA Coaching of team and shift managers in targeted lean management on site Accompanying and mentoring small-scale projects for sustainable process optimization Support for the rollout of successful Lean initiatives in other production areas such as assembly and metal or plastic processing

(m/w/d), Master (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Evidence of practical experience in the application of Lean methods such as Six Sigma, TPM, SMED, Value Stream Management, 5S and PDCA and ideally appropriate certification or trainer training Practical experience in carrying out workshops and training modules with employees directly in production Embossed moderation and coaching skills, high communication skills and solution and targeted work Hands-on mentality, high own initiative and the ability to achieve quick improvements in the shopfloor Strong team and interface skills, especially in cooperation with masters, QS staff and process engineers Experience in operational key figures management and in handling their visualization Ideally first experience in change management and employee motivation
