Coordinator of Operational Organization & Commercial Management CITTI Markets (m/f/d)

For the operational and commercial support of our three CITTI markets, we are looking for a structured, resilient and strong personality. The position combines organizational, commercial and process tasks in a highly operational interface function. There is no need for pure material processing and not a classic controlling function, but a person who takes responsibility, reliably maintains themes and actively develops grown processes.

To strengthen our team in Kiel, we are looking for you

Support for operational management in the operational and commercial management of the three CITTI markets Analysis and traceability of copies, inventory deviations and stocks Coordination and follow-up of annual inventory and under-year inventory and review of inventory corrections Examination, approval and settlement of invoices and coordination with accounting, specialist areas, markets and service providers Support for investment planning, economic considerations, amortization calculations and commercial evaluations Central interface to markets, sales, purchasing, logistics, IT, accounting, technical purchasing and external partners Participation in the standardization, optimization and digitization of existing processes including the support of the Benefits Controlling in digitalization projects

Completed commercial training, business training, business training, business professionals, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in trade, in the market organization, in commercial functions, in accounting, controlling, goods business environment or in a comparable interface function Good understanding of operational processes, commercial relationships and cross-departmental processes Experience in Account Control, Conting, Stock Management, Inventures, Evaluations or Investment Assessment Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with goods management, cash, BI, ticket or evaluation systems desirable Expressed numerical understanding, analytical strength, careful working and high organizational ability Communication strength, binding occurrence, enforcement capacity, resilience and hands-on mentality
