Coordination of internal accounting in close cooperation with management and external tax advice Support of the sales manager in the field of internal services Accounting of current business incidents, maintenance and coordination of debitor and creditor accounts Creation of initial invoices and monitoring of payment inputs, dunning Support in offering and order processing Participation in the optimization of internal commercial processes Preparation of external tax advice documents Annual accounts and balance sheets are prepared by external tax advice.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, also with further training Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in a production plant Safe handling of a common ERP system (e.g. DATEV, abas, Odoo or comparable) Structured, independent and careful functioning, affinity for numbers Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment and organisational strength discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility
