Qualifications You support the further development of existing training opportunities The planning, organisation and evaluation of seminars, learning journeys and e-learning initiatives are part of your task You bring our digital training platform to the next level HR digitisation You accompany various HR digitization projects - from the introduction of new software to the testing of creative pilot projects This includes support in the preparation and introduction of HR software and tools as well as the continuous development of our HR systems You participate in training from employees to HR digitization tools and processes to create a positive working environment and increase employee retention and productivity

You are an immatricated student (d/m/w) in a field of study such as economics or pedagogy, ideally focusing on human resources management or comparable Your stand-alone and structured way of working out You have an affinity for digitization topics, project management and interest in new tools and methods You like to introduce yourself with new ideas and suggestions for optimization You are constantly looking for opportunities for further development and qualification, both for yourself and for others
